"And it shall be that before they call, I answer. And while they are still speaking, I hear. “Wolf and lamb feed together, a lion eats straw as an ox, and dust is the snake’s food. They shall do no evil, nor destroy in all My set-apart mountain,” said יהוה.

So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself upon their enemies.

And there has been no day like that, before it or after it, that יהוה listened to the voice of a man, because יהוה fought for Yisra’ĕl.

“And I shall make My set-apart Name known in the midst of My people Yisra’ĕl, and not let My set-apart Name be profaned any more. And the nations shall know that I am יהוה, the Set-apart One in Yisra’ĕl. “See, it shall come, and it shall be done,” declares the Master יהוה. “This is the day of which I have spoken.

And he answered, "I have not disturbed Yisra'el, but you and your father's house, in that you have forsaken the commands of YHWH, and you have followed the Ba'als.

And Ěliyahu said to the prophets of Baʽal, “Choose one bull for yourselves and prepare it first, for you are many. And call on the name of your mighty one, but set no fire.”

For יהוה rises up as at Mount Peratsim, and He is wroth as at the Valley of Giḇʽon, to do His work, His strange work, and to do His deed, His strange deed.

Give ear and hear My voice - 🦻LISTEN🦻 and Hear MY Word📣⏳️

And Ěliyahu said to them, “Seize the prophets of Baʽal! Do not let one of them escape!” So they seized them, and Ěliyahu brought them down to the wadi Qishon and slew them there.

For it is: command upon command, command upon command, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little. For with a jabbering lip and a foreign tongue He speaks to this people, to whom He said, “This is the rest, give rest to the weary,” and, “This is the refreshing.” But they would not hear. But the Word of יהוה was to them, “Command upon command, command upon command, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little,” so that they go and shall stumble backward, and be broken and snared and taken captive. 🤐

And this of Yehuḏah, and he said, “Hear, יהוה, the voice of Yehuḏah, and bring him to his people. His hands shall fight for him, and You be a help against his enemies.”

“You, Yehuḏah, your brothers praise you; your hand is on the neck of your enemies; your father’s children bow down before you. “Yehuḏah is a lion’s cub; from the prey you have gone up, my son! He bowed down, he crouched like a lion. And like a lion, who does rouse him? 🤔 “The sceptre shall not turn aside from Yehuḏah, nor an Inscriber from between his feet, until Shiloh comes, and to Him is the obedience of peoples. “Binding his donkey to the vine, and his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, he washed his garments in wine, and his robes in the blood of grapes. “His eyes are darker than wine, and his teeth whiter than milk.

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the gardener.

And of Yosĕph he said, “Blessed of יהוה is his land, with the choicest from the heavens, with the dew, and the deep lying beneath, with the choice fruits of the sun, with the choice yield of the months, with the finest of the ancient mountains, with the choicest of the everlasting hills, with the choicest of the earth and all that fills it, and the good pleasure of Him who dwelt in the bush. 😌 Let it come on the head of Yosĕph, and on the crown of the head of him who was separate from his brothers. “His splendour is like a first-born bull, and his horns are like the horns of the wild ox. With them he pushes the peoples to the ends of the earth. And they are the ten thousands of Ephrayim, and they are the thousands of Menashsheh.”

“Son of man, make known to Yerushalayim her abominations,

“How long, you simple ones, Would you love simplicity, And shall scoffers delight in their scoffing, And fools hate knowledge? 🤔

“You shall bear your wickedness and your abominations,” declares יהוה. For thus said the Master יהוה, “I shall deal with you as you have done, in that you have despised the oath by breaking the covenant.

“Your own evil instructs you, and your backslidings reprove you. Know therefore and see that it is evil and bitter that you have forsaken יהוה your Elohim, and that My fear is not in you,” declares the Master יהוה of hosts. “For of old I have broken your yoke and torn off your chastisements. And you said, ‘I am not serving You,’ when on every high hill and under every green tree you lay down, a whore.

“Therefore the showers have been withheld, and there has been no latter rain. You have had a whore’s forehead, you refuse to be ashamed. “Shall you not from now on cry to Me, ‘My father, You are the guide of my youth? 🤔

“I, I am יהוה, and besides Me there is no saviour.

“I, I have declared and saved, and made known, and there was no foreign mighty one among you. And you are My witnesses,” declares יהוה, “that I am Ěl.

“Even from the day I am He, and no one delivers out of My hand. I work, and who turns it back?” 🤔

And Mosheh returned to יהוה and said, “Oh, these people have sinned a great sin, and have made for themselves a mighty one of gold! “And now, if You would forgive their sin, but if not, please blot me out of Your book which You have written.” And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Whoever has sinned against Me, I blot him out of My book. “And now, go, lead the people to the place of which I have spoken to you. See, My Messenger goes before you. And in the day of My visitation I shall visit their sin upon them.”

And the man Mosheh was very humble, more than all men who were on the face of the earth.

They then despised the pleasant land; They did not believe His word, And they grumbled in their tents, They did not listen to the voice of יהוה. So He lifted up His hand in an oath against them, To make them fall in the wilderness, And to make their seed fall among the nations, And to scatter them in the lands. And they joined themselves to Baʽal Peʽor, And ate slaughterings made to the dead. Thus they provoked Him with their deeds, And the plague broke out among them.

Then Pineḥas stood up and intervened, And the plague was stopped. And that was reckoned to him for righteousness To all generations forever.

And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying, “Pineḥas, son of Elʽazar, son of Aharon the priest, has turned back My wrath from the children of Yisra’ĕl, because he was ardent with My ardour in their midst, so that I did not consume the children of Yisra’ĕl in My ardour. “Therefore say, ‘See, I am giving him My covenant of peace, and it shall be to him and to his seed after him a covenant of an everlasting priesthood, because he was ardent for his Elohim, and made atonement for the children of Yisra’ĕl.’ ”

“Thus said יהוה, ‘See, I turn back the captivity of Yaʽaqoḇ’s tents, and have compassion on his dwelling places. And the city shall be built upon its own mound, and the palace stand on its right place. And out of them shall arise thanksgiving and the voice of those who are laughing. And I shall increase them, and they shall not diminish. And I shall esteem them, and they shall not be small. And his children shall be as before, and his congregation shall be established before Me. And I shall punish all who oppress them.

Sing, O heavens, rejoice, O earth! And break out in singing, O mountains! For יהוה shall comfort His people and have compassion on His afflicted ones.

Then the lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb sing, because waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.

“For יהוה shall comfort Tsiyon, He shall comfort all her waste places. For He makes her wilderness like Ěḏen, and her desert like the garden of יהוה. Joy and gladness are found in it, thanksgiving and the voice of song. “Listen to Me, My people, and give ear to Me, O My nation, for the Torah goes forth from Me, and My right-ruling I set as a light to peoples.

And it shall be in the latter days that the mountain of the House of יהוה is established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills. And all nations shall flow to it. And many peoples shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of יהוה, to the House of the Elohim of Yaʽaqoḇ, and let Him teach us His ways, and let us walk in His paths, for out of Tsiyon comes forth the Torah, and the Word of יהוה from Yerushalayim.”
